All prices displayed on our website and buyer portal are wholesale prices available exclusively to approved account holders. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Florida.
